Description
FrostyCool A/C System Dry combines with the moisture in a system forming a synthetic Lubricant. This helps to prevent corrosion and improves cooling capability by reducing harmful moisture in the system. FrostyCool A/C System Dry should be used before installing FrostyCool A/C System Sealer unless the system is evacuated.
The 4 ounce aerosol can contains enough System Dry to work in 3 or 4lb a/c systems. The 4 ounce System Dry contains 3.5 ounces of FrostyCool refrigerant which is equivalent to 10.5 ounces of R12 or 9.1 ounces of R134a.
For R22 and R502, we recommend FrostyCool Industrial System Dry.
For installation:
- Install A/C System Dry first
- Run Unit 30 minutes
- Install A/C System Seal next
- Fill system to manufacturer’s specs with refrigerant
- Run unit with compressor running for a minimum of 45 minutes
